Via entities outside of O’Neil Property Group, Frank and his network offer opportunities to accredited and non-accredited investors to enter into private partnership in multifamily and mixed use asset ownership. Frank and his network spend their precious free time scouring for multifamily asset opportunities. When the opportunity arises, they strategically identify, vet, negotiate, and acquire such assets. Timeline expectation is a 5-year minimum hold, and projections of returns are presented on a case by case basis. Case studies are available for qualified potential partners upon request.

Frank can also show qualified potential partners how to convert their risky retirement IRA’s and 401k’s into self-directed retirement accounts and have true control over their asset portfolio and retirement funds by investing in a hard, tangible asset of their choice such as multifamily and mixed use properties.

To be an eligible partner, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Have liquid/working capital ready to invest for 5-year minimum hold

  • Have capital in a retirement IRA or 401k, want to convert that into a position in a hard asset such as a multifamily or mixed use building with a 5-year minimum hold

  • Are coordinating a 1031 Exchange, are looking for a qualified asset vehicle to move your tax-deferred proceeds into for a 5-year minimum hold

  • Own a multifamily or mixed use property and want to sell directly to Frank and his partners

  • Have a strong, qualified lead or control of the purchase of a multifamily or mixed use asset and are looking for an equity partner who can get the deal done

  • Any similar qualified potential partner with value to bring to a partnership
